Team extension is a partnership model in which specialized professionals are allocated to complement the client’s team, acting as a direct extension of their internal team. Based on the Body Shop format, this model allows quickly scaling the team with the technical quality and know-how of our company.
How Team Extension Works
We select professionals with the ideal technical and behavioral profile to integrate temporarily or continuously into the client’s team. They work remotely or according to the project’s needs, following the contracting company’s guidelines, processes, and tools.
This provides more agility, flexibility, and expertise, allowing the client to increase their productive capacity with already validated professionals, without the costs and bureaucracy of traditional hiring.
