A platform for managing clients, physicians, procedures, facilities, quotes, payments and patient history.
CRM · Healthcare · Finance
The challenge
Operating context
Centralise a healthcare network operation involving clients, partner physicians, procedures, facilities, quote requests and financial transactions while preserving each patient’s history and a reliable management view of the business.
The solution
Technology applied to the operation
We developed a specialised CRM for health plans and provider networks. The platform manages clients, physicians, specialties, procedures and facilities; requests quotes for appointments and procedures; compares prices and proposals; tracks incoming and outgoing payments across different payment methods; and provides access to patient history. Date-based dashboards support revenue, expense and cash-flow monitoring, while access profiles organise team responsibilities.
Architecture
How the solution is structured
The architecture combines CRM · Healthcare · Finance with modular services, secure access, traceability, integrations and operational monitoring. Technical decisions reflect the environment, criticality, connectivity and ownership requirements of this case.

How change reaches the operation
Delivery progresses through discovery, architecture and integration validation, a controlled pilot, user enablement and gradual rollout. Indicators and feedback guide stabilisation and the continuous evolution backlog.

From delivery to ownership
A solution designed for the real operating environment.
Integration and adoption
The delivery considers existing systems, user profiles, connectivity constraints, data ownership and the routines that people already perform. This reduces parallel controls and makes adoption part of the engineering work.
Security and continuous evolution
Access control, traceability, backups, monitoring and a prioritised evolution backlog protect continuity after go-live. The platform can grow as new units, workflows, integrations and management needs emerge.
